Remote Work Policy
All DigiXPro employees are eligible for remote work, regardless of their role or location. However, some roles may require occasional on-site work, such as for meetings, training, or client events. Employees who are unsure whether their role is eligible for remote work should speak to their manager.
All remote employees must have the following:
- A reliable internet connection
- A dedicated workspace in their home or other remote location
- The necessary equipment to perform their job duties, such as a computer, phone, and headset
Remote employees are expected to:
- Be available during regular business hours
- Meet deadlines and performance expectations
- Communicate regularly with their manager and team members
- Maintain a professional work environment in their remote workspace
Here are some general guidelines for remote work:
- Set regular work hours and stick to them as much as possible.
- Take breaks throughout the day.
- Get up and move around every hour or so.
- Create a dedicated workspace in your home or other remote location.
- Avoid distractions, such as TV, social media, and household chores.
Remote employees may be required to work on-site occasionally, such as for meetings, training, or client events. Employees will be given reasonable notice of any required on-site work.
Employees who violate this policy may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
Time Off Policy
All employees are entitled to paid vacation days. The number of vacation days accrued per year is based on the employee’s length of service. Employees may take vacation days in one or more increments, and they must give their manager at least two weeks’ notice of any vacation plans.
All employees are entitled to paid sick leave days. The number of sick leave days accrued per year is based on the employee’s length of service. Employees may use sick leave days to care for themselves or their immediate family members who are sick or injured. Employees must notify their manager as soon as possible if they are unable to work due to illness.
Other Time Off
Employees may also be eligible for other types of paid time off, such as bereavement leave, jury duty leave, and military leave. Employees should speak to their manager to learn more about their specific eligibility requirements.
